Our fragrance free (and color-free) bath bomb option is now named Knot Scented and features a whimsical sailboat design by local Charleston artist Blakely Little. Enjoy the moisturizing effects of Old Whaling Co. without the scent or color in this fragrance-free product. This bath bomb is especially mild for extra sensitive skin.
Handmade in historic Charleston, SC, Old Whaling Co. 8oz bath bombs will leave your skin feeling moisturized and lightly scented. Our bath bomb's soothing fizz and gentle ingredients make for a perfect relaxing soak, rejuvenating the senses and cleansing the skin. At a 2.75” round, our bath bombs are perfect for a single bath. Use caution when entering or exiting the tub, as the oils that make our bath bombs moisturizing can also make for a slippery tub.

We handcraft our products with the utmost care and attention to detail, with a mission to provide gentle yet effective alternatives for your body care routine. Our hope is that our products leave you feeling fresh, clean, and a little closer to your favorite coast. All products are sulfate free, phthalate free, paraben-free, mineral oil free, gluten free, and never tested on animals.

All of our in house items are shipped via UPS Ground. Expedited and international shipping options are also available at checkout.
Store pickup is possible for most items. Items that aren't eligible for store pickup include:

- Ponnopozz Pillows
These items are printed to order and are fulfilled by our 3rd party printer in North Carolina.
Return policy
Return policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hey@ponnopozz.com. If your return needs to be shipped, you will be charged the shipping cost.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products and masks). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. That said, full priced items purchased with a discount code are able to be returned.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
