Cirque's neon polishes are custom-formulated to be worn without a white base color and its UV reactive properties means it glows under black light. As always, the crème polishes feature a smooth, high quality formula for ease of use and long lasting wear. Notes: Neon polishes dry to a satin finish. Cirque Color recommends applying a layer of top coat for a glossy shine. Store product in a cool, dark place.
