Made from high quality polymer clay as they go through a slow made process of cutting, sanding, drilling, cleaning, and assembly. Each piece is uniquely created with many color combinations that are hand selected and blended which adds to their handmade feel. All earrings are assembled with brass charms and gold/silver plated earring posts. Polymer clay earrings are lightweight not to weigh your ears down. Just a little reminder that each piece is handcrafted and due to this they may not be identical.
There may also be some fingerprints, little marks, and/or bubbles in your earrings. Don't worry! This won't take away from their beautiful design.

We make the trendiest polymer clay earrings, with gold plated findings and brass accents! I am a polymer clay jewelry maker who creates earrings that can upscale any outfit. Each piece is detailed to fit current trends and created to make those "grab and go" outfits look good. Every piece is designed with you in mind, so the earrings do not weigh down your ears and posts are sourced from another retailer as to promote other small businesses. My goal is to encourage more people to indulge in their creativity to share their expression with the world. All earrings are made at my modest home in Rockford, IL using a clay medium that I use to shape and mold bold, one of a kind pieces to insinuate our inner beauty.

All of our in house items are shipped via UPS Ground. Expedited and international shipping options are also available at checkout.
Store pickup is possible for most items. Items that aren't eligible for store pickup include:

- Ponnopozz Pillows
These items are printed to order and are fulfilled by our 3rd party printer in North Carolina.
Return policy
Return policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hey@ponnopozz.com. If your return needs to be shipped, you will be charged the shipping cost.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products and masks). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. That said, full priced items purchased with a discount code are able to be returned.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
