Chromatic Layers is a body of work that focuses on identity, specifically my struggle to live with and accept having ADHD.
Each day is a rollercoaster [emotionally] when you live with ADHD. I call it the Highs and Lows. Usually I start the day strong after a cup of coffee and maybe even my medication. I'm feeling good, focused and ready to go! Once I hit my midday dip, usually around 3pm, feelings of being tired, boredom, and depression can sometimes hit. There were days when I'd let my midday dip take me all the way to depression but these days I'm trying to take a deep breath and remind myself that The Feelings Pass.
